We are the proud owners of this home-from-home ski apartment in Kaprun, Austria.

We purchased this ski apartment over 16 years ago to allow us to regularly experience the stunning ski area on offer and a breath of fresh air!

We have created a home-from-home apartment to allow you, our customers, to have a relaxing and easy stay at Kitz Residenz 6.

You can find the apartment in a quiet part of the village close to walking to apres-ski bars, restaurants and shops.

We have a south-facing balcony looks out onto the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier. This is an outstandingly beautiful area in the winter and summer in an authentic Austrian Village.
